"This is a nice hotel, with very service minded personnel. We got help making dinner reservations and were offered that they store our lugagge on premise a few days prior to our arrival (which we didn't end up using). The location is unbeatable yet the place is very peaceful. We didn't really appreciate that the eco-cleaning, which is the default option, does not even include changing used coffee cups. "We were fooled by the images. This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s more a fancy hostel. We stayed in a compact room, but had no idea that it would be too small to open our suitcases. The rooms and hallways seems quite worn down. The only 4 star thing about this hotel is their coffee bar and restaurant. The staff and location was very nice, but we wouldn’t stay there again. Not at that price. The most expensive of four hotels we stayed at in Japan and by far the least comfortable. The price and value...
