The check in was very easy and the dude at the front desk was very friendly and respectful. We travel with two service dogs and the Ramada was very accommodating which we appreciate. Thank you Ramada!

Our comforters on both of our beds were FILTHY! There were pee and blood stains. I was utterly mortified and disgusted!

In terms of bang for buck, this Ramada Plaza hotel is an unbelievably good deal. Yep, the hotel has a full-on 1980s vibe, but all of the common facilities (fitness center, central atrium, lounge chairs, etc.) are in very good condition. The hotel bar was great … friendly bartender, 7-8 local microbeers on tap, super mellow, 1/3 full on a Wed. night in April, with four happy guys shooting pool. Front-desk staff was *extremely* competent and friendly. I’ve not checked into my hotel room yet (as I’m sneaking in 1 beer before the hotel bar closes). All that I need in my hotel room is a good shower & clean sheets on my bed. Unless I submit a follow-up review, please assume that I encountered a clean shower, a strong showerhead, & a decent bed with clean linens. :-)

The place is dated, nail and screw holes in the wall, old dirty caulk in the bathroom, worn out furniture. Had I not gotten a discount I’d have been very upset.

We used to live in the area 15 years ago. The property has not been kept up as it should. We asked for a room that hadn't had any pets in it for allergy reasons. Our room had a lot of dog hair on the couch and the carpet. The bathroom floor wasn't very clean and the shower handle was not working right. I did report concerns to front desk and they did apologize. He stated that i am not the first person that had complained about pet hair that day and they would talk to thw house keepers. I will not however stay here again.

Property is much improved from its previous brand. But. No restaurant! Bar food . No breakfast. Winter schedule of service and availability should be posted on line.

We were disappointed with our original greeter whom didn’t seem to know anything, like where our room was, if they had a map of the parking and rooms, didn’t know if breakfast was served. The later evening hostess answered all questions.

Great place to stay!
I didn’t get any Wyndham rewards points because the clerk checking me in said she didn’t know how to do that. Only 2 Kleenex in the container. The toilet wouldn’t turn off after flushing- had to adjust the inner workings myself. But I enjoyed the facilities and the room overall. I’d recommend this place to others easily. I liked the convenience of having a restaurant on site.

Taylor was our check in staff person . She was very sweet Loved the oasis staff and the people that went the extra mile from the Greenery Our room was clean and overlooked the inner courtyard I had a broken standing lamp but it was no problem I would recommend to others

Old and cheap
We had to put in a request for them to clean our rooms and we stayed 3 weeks and they came to clean our room twice to clean. Horrible cleaning staff, but the front counter staff Nick was great. The rooms are cheap, very old and outdated. The tv’s were great the only nice thing about the stay.

I really dislike giving negative reviews, but I had to let others know what they’re getting into if they choose to stay here. We were traveling through town on a road trip and just needed a place to stay for 1 night with our 2 dogs. They are very dog friendly, so that’s a plus. However, almost everything else was almost comically subpar. First, when I went to check in, there was no one at the front desk. I waited with another guy for someone to come for about 10 minutes before a house cleaner went to get the woman. Then when I asked how long room service was served she said there was no room service. The only reason we chose this place was because it clearly says on the website that they have 2 restaurants and room service. It’s hard to find any food places open past 9 pm in WY so we were counting on that. Then we couldn’t find anything open so we didn’t eat dinner that night. The other man at the front desk with me was told they no longer provide shuttle service even though they still advertise it. Then our room: There was a dark stain on the carpet immediately when we walked in the door (see pic), there was a humidifier contraption in the window that made it impossible to close the drapes (see pic), the heater did not work so we froze all night, there is a rectangle stain in the tub where a bath mat used to be, and there is mold on the ceiling above the shower head (see pics). The tv remote turned the tv on/off, but then it wouldn’t do anything else (volume, enter, etc)

Every time we left our room our key card stopped working. Had to go to the front desk several times to have them fix it. No explanation as to why this kept happening.

Leaky shower
Apparently our shower was leaking into the below. We were told not to use it on the last night. There was no offer to change rooms. We asked for a discount, when checking out. A manager was asked and we were told that a 15% discount would be applied.

Well kept older hotel. Staff were friendly. Construction on the street outside, made for uneasy access (not the hotels fault). Pool wasn’t open in the middle of day because the staff couldn’t find the key, but the staff made an effort to track it down and open when questioned. When staying over they don’t refresh your room.
