"After 40 years in hospitality I have to share that Omni gets it right! Every single staff member greeted us with a smile and willingness to make our day better. The housekeeping staff went beyond to fix a problem caused by my family and did so quickly, thoroughly and kindly. Can’t praise them enough!! The food both at breakfast and outside at the Boughy cafe was delicious and reasonably priced for a resort.

"This hotel was great! Breakfast was fantastic, and the employees were very friendly. The downside was that there’s no parking lot, but there is a parking deck about a block away that costs around 20+ euros per day. Other than that, everything was good. It would be even better if they provided more pillows, but that’s my only recommendation."
"The property and room were so clean and spotless! The staff was very kind and the toiletries and snacks were all complimentary with great coffee in the morning! Definitely will be staying there again."

"Been there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. "

We walked on the beach, and participated in the turtle talk and feeding at 10:30 AM
Our family took the free resort shuttle to the Coligny shopping plaza for lunch and shopping.
Our room was lovely and clean!

"The room was very spacious and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The Tiki Bar was really fun. Great entertainment with the exception of the band on Tuesday night. We were amazed they made the cut compared to all the other talented bands. Beach was beautiful. Very nice place "

"We were skeptical at first due to the star rating, but we were only coming to Hilton Head for one night for a 5K. We ended up being pleasantly surprised.
The staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. We had a very restful night, mattress was quite comfortable surprisingly. And the welcome bag of complimentary water and cookies were a very nice touch! Would absolutely stay here again. "
