"Very charming place to stay, there was so much detail that our hosts implemented to make us feel right at home, they are very sweet people. This cottage is in a very convenient and gorgeous setting right by the water, we didn’t have to watch tv with all of the beautiful wildlife to see from the big back porch (this was our favorite spot) the ducks were a hoot. We will definitely be returning in the near future. "

"This property was exactly what we needed. Close to the jeep invasion area and loved being able to sit on the street and watch the jeeps go by . The home had everything we wanted and we loved the hot tub … "

"The house/cabin was very unique, which was exactly what we need/expected. There were a few minor things that need some attention, and the property owners took care of those issues IMMEDIATELY! This property was very comfortable, spacious and due to its location, allowed us to skip the gridlock in downtown Gatlinburg...a HUGE bonus!"

"House was as pictured. Cute little cottage on wooded property. Deck was comfortable to sit outside. Kathy was attentive to any questions. Check in and check out were both easy. Kathy was very accommodating! Would definitely stay again. "

"What a wonderful stay!!! Far enough from Knoxville, yet close enough to Knoxville. It had everything we needed and the property was gorgeous inside and out! We will definitely be staying there again!"

"We took our kids to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg for a quick weekend trip. This condo was a great place to stay. Good location, clean, and Julie is a great hostess! Would happily stay here again:)"

"My husband and I stayed here for a couple of days, we absolutely loved it! Was very private, clean and so adorable! Will stay again when we are in the area. "

"The home was beautiful spacious we would definitely stay here again, only thing that was difficult was they only had 2 dishwasher tabs , and just enough laundry soap to do 2 loads of towels, there was 5 adults and 2 children that and we stayed Sunday till Thursday with the hot tub we used towels and showering and with the meals there we used alot of dishes, other than that the place was great."

"The house was beautiful, looks new, and very clean. Pictures in the listing are accurate. Hot tub was wonderful, would fit 3-4 comfortably but seats 5. The fireplace was nice to enjoy in the evening and the chairs on the porch for enjoying coffee in the morning. There were a few board games to enjoy. LargeTVs in every bedroom. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi worked great. Bathrooms were clean with nice walk in showers (no tubs if that matters to you). Kitchen has lots of plates, silverwear,...

"Perfect small house - has everything that a person could need - no issues at all and if I am back in the area in the future I would definitely consider staying again - I liked being away from everything (and you are out there a bit, it is very nice) and I especially enjoyed the shower. For a small house the stand up shower was very roomy."
