"First time for three "older ladies" they were very caring and compassionate. Great customer service remembered names and lots of smiles. The rooms and hallways were very clean. The breakfast was also good. The pool was nice. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to return."

"We loved the water features except due to being small build our water savy, athletic 5 year old couldn't come down the slides that 3 yr. olds were able to ride. Also closing the slides to change out lifeguards was disappointing."

Dirty breakfast area- and a very bad hygiene handling the breakfast, the woman who stod for The breakfast, used the same fair of gloves to everything- even itching her selv on the back, and the touch the bread.

"We had an absolutely fabulous time. Enjoyed the water park as often as possible. The staff were friendly and considerate. I was a bit upset that our room didn’t have the Mountain View as described when booking online and none were available upon check in. The outdoor porch by the river is nice and the balcony from our room was extremely pleasant. The mattress on the bed I slept in was raised and curved in the middle and felt like I was falling off the edge. The room was clean and staff supplied...

"This was a last minute family trip. At checkin the very nice gentleman at the desk switched our room to one that was closer to the elevator, which was a great help to us! The location was perfect for where we were going to spend our time. The price was wonderful, the breakfast had great options! The only down side to this stay was that this hotel is located near emergency services, so if you are not used to sirens at all hours of the day/night it might interrupt your sleep, and that is no fault...

"There’s no better place for families! My son bounced from the indoor pool, to the hot tub, to the large outdoor pool, the lazy river, and the infinity pool! A great restaurant on site makes it possible to never leave. "

"Went on a last minute one night get away for our 22nd anniversary. The staff was so friendly! They left a little treat bag with snacks and a very nice anniversary card in our room while we were out for dinner. We closed the bar down on the roof that night- it was lovely! "

"Super nice stay, room was clean and spacious.we loved the balcony in the silent area of the city listening to the flowing water. Parking in the basement was nice. Breakfast was okay, missed some chease and bagels...Complementary coffee in the commen arreas would be nice.
