It is a beautiful hotel filled with southern hospitality from the staff. We enjoyed our stay. My only concern is that their handicap rooms only have one queen bed in them, which doesn’t work when you have 4 people in the same room. They really need to make a few more handicapped rooms to accommodate people with families.
But Kaitlyn one of the agents there went above and beyond for us, setting up a non handicapped room for us to be able to use. Unfortunately my husband had to go to the lobby restroom when he needed it because the room toilet was too low and the toilet riser was too small. But Kaitlyn deserves all the praise in the world for doing as much as she could for us. I hope her supervisors see this. You have a keeper there. Thank you again Kaitlyn!!
