"Very nice hotel with lovely staff."

"Location close to the port makes it easy to get to and from. Nice pool area, limited ocean access but if you walk 5 min there is a nice beach. We had a large room and balcony with ourdoor shower and toilet. OK quality but everything is a bit dated. The buffet restaurant is nice during breakfast and dinner, the Combava restaurant a disapointment not worht the money. "

Kan anbefale snorkeltur med hotellets boathouse - flot stor båd og styr på alt i den smukke marinepark man besøger. Også stor anbefaling til deres spa - det er smukt og skønt sted at slappe af et par timer. Tror alle vil få en god ferie her . Men forbehold for dem der bare foretrækker boutique hoteller. "

"What was recommended and should have been an incredible hotel, turned out to be the worst ever 5 star experience, due to the unprofessional staff. Some seems to be uninterested in serving you, some seems to pay more attention to their phone than their guests. Managers promise stuff and never fulfill it - never gets back in touch if promised. I wouldn’t recommend staying, but spend your money and time elsewhere, as we spend thousands of euros in a couple of days during christmas, and got the worst experience ever."
