Look no further than our newly constructed tiny home getaway. Nestled amidst the lush greenery of the Smokies, our little slice of paradise offers a cozy and unique retreat for those seeking adventure, relaxation and a connection with nature.

THE SPACE
Our tiny home is an all-electric retreat with an intimate, functional space that has built-in fixtures, lots of natural light and multiple opening windows. The floor plan offers flexibility for many uses with A/C + heat pump split system and 10' ceilings.

Bedroom: Features queen bed, USB outlets, under bed storage, large opening windows

Kitchen: Features under counter refrigerator, induction cooktop, deep stainless steel sink and designer faucet, custom wood cabinetry, butcher block countertop, smoke/CO detector and fire extinguisher

Bathroom: Features 36" x 36" stall shower, Toto toilet, low sone exhaust fan, single bowl sink with chrome faucet

Outdoor Space: Features fire ring, charcoal grill, Adirondack chairs, picnic table, dog lead, firewood available for purchase

Location: Situated in McCarter Vistas, a new developing campground with neighbors nearby, no loud outside noise after 10 PM

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to house.
Parking for up to (2) vehicles onsite.
Road to tiny home is unpaved and a bit uneven with a steeper incline, though accessible to all vehicles.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
Pets are welcome at The Kingston! We just ask that they be trained. Please keep them off the bed when inside, and keep them on the lead provided when outside. We also have dog bowls onsite.
