Guest Access:
Before your arrival, you will be given a keycode with entry instructions on how to access the cabin. You will be able to enjoy the entire cabin and its amenities.
The Neighborhood:
Almost Eden is located in the desirable Sky Harbor community, surrounded by panoramic mountain views. The cabin offers convenient access and is just a short drive from a variety of attractions. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg can both be reached within 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
» Pets are permitted with an additional fee of $50/stay
» No smoking allowed in the cabin
» Quiet hours: 10pm-8am
» Parties and events are prohibited
» Maximum occupancy is 6
» ID verification may be requested upon booking
» Snow tires may be required in the winter
» Secure trash in the bear proof bin
» Black Bears: While black bear sightings can be enjoyable, remember that these animals are clever and can enter unlocked cars. Always lock your car and cabin doors, keep food out of your car, and secure trash bins to avoid attracting bears, as they can remain active during winter.
» The Primary renter agrees to use extreme caution and care in the hot tub on the premises and to pay any and all repair charges for damage caused by the renter or the renter’s family members, guests, invitees, agents, and/or employees.
