House Rules & Important Information

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
No Smoking: Strict no-smoking policy inside the cabin (violations result in a $1,000+ cleaning fee).
No Parties or Events: Guests violating this policy will be asked to leave immediately.
Max Occupancy: 24 guests. Overcapacity incurs a $75/person/night fee.
Pet Policy:
We welcome well-trained dogs (up to 2).
* Pet fee: $250/pet ( 2 dogs - 500$)
* Must be potty-trained and at least 2 years old.
* Weight limit: 35 lbs.
* No aggressive breeds (pit bulls, Rottweilers, etc.).
* Dogs must never be left alone in the cabin with out the guest being present and should be crated when left unattended in another floor.
* Failure to follow these rules will result in a $500 fine/pet.
Wildlife Advisory: Expect bears, raccoons, and insects. Do not leave food or trash outside.
Hot Tub Safety: No alcohol consumption, no pets in the tub, and children must be supervised.
No Open Flames: Candles, charcoal grills, bonfires, and other fires are strictly prohibited.
