"Staff was excellent but property needs upgrade. My room ac was so noisy that we were stopping it to sleep at night:) my blind latch was broken so stuck in the middle. Curtains were fine. Break fast was okey but fruits and eggs were not fresh. Staff was excellent specially lady in the breakfast was so nice going table to table asking guests if everything okey that is excellent customer service."

"Ok hotel for one/two nights. Just outside Gravenhurst. Walkable to restaurants as MC, Tim Horton and more. The breakfast at the hotel is ok (bread, yoghurt, cereal etc) no service and quite a cold and not cozy at all breakfast room. The receptionist was friendly."

"We atayed in one of the cabins in thr back, 2 double beds full bathroom, good sized fridge, microwave eletric kettle. Room was clean, air conditioner worked well. Was able to check in early too. Location was close to hwy 11. Convenient."

"We weren’t advised the unit was facing the road which was very noisy in the morning. The curtains were flimsy, with little privacy and bright sunshine in our eyes at 6:00am on a vacation. I was very disappointed with furnishings in the living area. Very uncomfortable. We were told there would be Nespresso or Keurig coffee machines. There was only pot coffee that was not good at all. We were very disappointed with the unit. I have stayed before at this resort in a lovely unit with proper blinds...
