"Our stay was marked by extremely poor service from start to finish. Upon arrival, check-in took 15–20 minutes per guest, so if there is a queue, you can easily expect to wait 45 minutes or more, just like we did, even though there were only a few couples ahead of us.
The cleanliness was also far from satisfactory. In addition, guests should be aware that more than half of the entire pool area is apparently owned by another company, meaning you have to pay extra for sunbeds — something we were never informed about beforehand, or could we find any information about when booking. A single sunbed costs €25, which is honestly outrageous. Where is this stated anywhere?
Another issue was that guests are not allowed to bring food or drinks from outside, despite there being no clear information about this anywhere either. It felt like the hotel was making up its own rules regarding both sunbeds and outside food without properly informing guests before booking.
The breakfast was very poor, and we ended up eating out every day instead. The staff provided bad service throughout the entire stay.
We booked “The Loft Junior Suite,” but it felt more like an ordinary room that was simply a bit larger. Definitely not what you would expect from a suite."
