"The room had the absolute minimum of amenities and the staff would not provide anymore as requested. The bathroom tile work was long over due for replacement and there was a long hole in the wall below the air conditioner. There was no parking and no sign to indicate where the hostel was located. We decided not to stay and the staff and manager refused to refund any portion of the charged 5 day cost. I would recomment avoiding this property completely!"

"Breakfast was included in our booking. The 1st day we had to wait almost an hour for someone to make breakfast. Day #2 get got a cold sandwich w cheese and ham. "Nice staf checking in. Dirty room, 1 of my pillows had 15 stains of yellow fluid ! Terrible breakfast, almost nothing to choose from, no waiter to serve you coffee etc., Hotel only survives for the Hot pools and a small infinity pool with beautiful view of Arenal. Also don’t expect to sleep, families shouting and at 6:00 staff start up a high pressure water gun and start a super noisy cleaning. Absolutely not worth the money, choose any other Hotel in the Neighborhood."
