He put the phone down for a second asked me my name and proceeded to pick up his personal phone call while processing my check in. There was vomit in the ONLY elevator. "We walked into the room and left 5 minutes later. Because I booked through expedia, the hotel and expedia refused no REFUND. I lost $600.00 and had to book $800.00 airbnb. One hour in Florida and had to deal with this. Hair and stains on the bed and box spring, smelled horrible, looked like some threw up cabbage in the bathroom garbage. I never felt so uncomfortable. Always book hotels through them personally and on a credit card to help get a refund. I've been using expedia for 20 years but...

"Horrible place with no cleaning and crappy breakfast. The worst was the feeling of insecurity due to the neighborhood and unpleasant people Living on the hotel. We did not feel safe at all. The hotelrate is robery!! Way too expensive. The place is definetely more a nasty motel than a hotel."

"The room was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I had to go buy raid to defend myself from the roaches. I had to spray every day to keep them away. The bed was comfortable and room was neat, but them roaches kept appearing every day and night."

"When you first walk in, you are greeted by the smell of old building. The place definitely needs a total renovation. There was signage for smoke free facility and walking up the stairs you could smell marihuana all over the stairs and hallway. The ceiling tiles were stained. Then in the room the plumbing needed some assistance with flushing and sink drainage, the shower had hair from previous guests. I could go on and on. The bed and pillows were comfortable. "Staff was very welcoming, we only stayed one night. The rooms can use some new paint on the walls and cleaner bathrooms but I liked the room it is very vintage and I also liked the soundproofing cause the hotel was packed with guests and usually you can hear everyone going and coming out the rooms so it was a peaceful night sleep. Checking out was great too. I wouldn't mind staying there again."

"Our room was by the back entrance and it was so noise with the banging of the door and people talking. I think they were going out to smoke. I told them at the front desk in the morning and she stated that they have a lot of complaints on that room. "

"Really disappointing experience and room. Entered the room which smelled of dampness and stuffy climate, even the bed was damp top and bottom and so clammy to sleep in. There was dirty and the breakfast, yes there was almost nothing to choose apart from an opened packet of toast bread with jam and 2 kinds of cakes in paper and the area was not reassuring, so we each took a juice and a muesli bar and checked out and had breakfast somewhere else!"
