A futon couch in the living room, paired with a comfort mat stored in the entry closet, provides additional sleeping space for one. The shared bathroom includes a walk-in shower, double sinks, and bathroom essentials for a smooth stay.

Step through the back door into a large, grassy backyard fully enclosed for privacy. You can read in the shade, play a round of cornhole, or enjoy a quiet meal at one of two patios. We do get some Javelina in the middle of the night once in a while trying to knock over garbage cans in the neighborhood. So, please keep them bungy corded so you don`t have a mess to clean up!

Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
