* Top Floor: Two spacious Queen bedrooms with generous closet space and dressers. One bedroom features a dedicated desk, providing a perfect workspace for those who really need to work from home. The laundry area is conveniently located near the bedrooms. There is a full bathroom on this floor with two entrances for the bedrooms.

* 2nd Floor: The heart of the home awaits with a chef's kitchen boasting granite counters with bar seating, a large stainless sink, gas cooktop, stainless appliances, and ample storage; the owners love to cook, so you'll find tons of spices, oils, and utensils for your use. Brand new cabinets are being installed in the dining area in May which will feature a quintessential decked-out coffee/tea bar! The family room has great light and is the perfect place to come together to reminisce about your great day, Netflix and chill, break out the board games, or cozy up with a great book.

* 1st Floor: Enter through the welcoming foyer to find a den work space area - if you must!

Guests are welcome to use all indoor spaces and the west outdoor patio directly in front of the townhouse. The garage is not available for use; however, there is street parking.

You are right in the heart of it all here in one of Seattle's most coveted neighborhoods! It's an easy quick walk on flat streets with sidewalks to Green Lake, restaurants, and amenities. A bus stop is just .3 mile away. Roosevelt Light Rail Station is just 1.7 miles that links right to Sea-Tac Airport.

Street parking is available within a block or two surrounding the house, but not in front of the house itself. Please do not attempt to park in front of the house's garage or in the driveway, as you will block the neighbors from accessing their homes, and your car will likely be towed.

Other Amenities:
- Flatscreen smart TV in living room has apps loaded for you to use your own passwords on Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.
- Portable A/C and brand new window A/C in upstairs bedrooms
- Onsite washer and dryer with supplies for our guests
- Hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
- Pack'n' Play (included as requested). We can easily help you set up the delivery of baby items such as cribs, car seats, etc from BabyQuip.
- Cooler, picnic blanket, beach towels
- Bike rentals are easy to find close by.

- Security Deposit hold of up to $500 may be held depending on number and rating of past reviews. Hold will be held by Host on Guest's Credit Card (will read Copper Key Properties)
- The entire townhome is included in this rental with the exception of the garage. Guests will be granted access via a smart lock.

Perfect Accomodation

Our group consisted of myself, my daughter and my granddaughter. The space was perfect for our group. Very comfortable, good layout, incredibly well supplied kitchen. We loved the location - a short walk to Green Lake for recreation and services and nicely tucked away from busy streets in a nice neighborhood. The manager was very responsive when a small problem arose on a Sunday morning and fixed the problem promptly. A great place to use as our base for our trip to Seattle both for going off to site see and to spend some time just laying back and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Nice place

The location is amazing being only a couple blocks from Greenlake! All clean and lots of kit gen spices and utensils! Only downside was the street noise from 80th and the towels smelled of very strong chemical-like detergent so a caution if you’re sensitive to such things. Also could smell dog which wasn’t ideal as I’m allergic but it was mainly only at the entry and bathroom. Generally a nice pleasant home!

Very well appointed kitchen, best I've experienced in a rental Traffic on main street can be noisy but it didnt keep me from spending hours reading my book on the cozy couch by the window.
