I picked this hotel specifically because it had two queen beds and a sofa bed. When we got to the room the sofa bed was quite old and worn out. There were white stains on the couch. When I pulled out the bed it was quite old and worn. You could see the springs. I touched the bed and it felt like just springs with a thin layer of fabric over them. I went to turn it over to see if the other side was any better but there was a dark stain on the other side. We ended up not using the sofa bed because of its condition.
When you pull into the parking lot on the right side the parking spots are labeled with an S. On the left side it said customer parking but then there are signs that say tow zone and employee and valet parking only. When I first arrived I got the last spot that had an S. When I checked in they told me I could only park in a parking spot with an S. My family and I left the hotel to go out. We came back around 9:15 to the hotel. There was no parking spots left that were labeled with an S. I parked on the other side and went in and told the lady at the front desk that there was no more parking spots. I was expecting her to say that I could park on the other side since there were no spots left. Instead, she told me to get settled upstairs and then come back down and she would give me instructions to get into their other lot.
The other lot was locked and due to miscommunication I took me about 20 minutes to get into the locked parking lot. Then I had to walk back.
