On the third floor, you'll find a loft space with a sofa bed and a dedicated working area, complete with a window offering city views.

Kitchen & Dining

The marbled gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy even the most discerning home chefs. From kitchen equipment to utensils and silverware, everything you need is at your disposal. After preparing a delicious meal, gather around the contemporary dining table that comfortably seats six to enjoy your culinary creations while sharing stories about your adventures in Seattle.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

This lovely home boasts a bedroom on the first floor, featuring a queen bed. Additionally, there are two bedrooms located on the third floor. The master bedroom offers a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a high ceiling. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a vanity mirror and a bathtub. The second bedroom on the third floor features a bunk bed, perfect for young ones. Another bathroom with a toilet is conveniently located on this floor, and a pack & play is available in the bathroom closet.

Getting Around:

Only 1.6 miles away from the stadium, about an 8-minute drive to the stadium district, home to Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park—perfect for catching games, concerts, and major events with quick and easy access.



Our home is also conveniently located near downtown Seattle, offering easy access to some of the city’s most popular destinations. You can take Bus #2 west with a short walk to reach Pike Place Market and the Seattle waterfront, or head east to Madrona Beach for beautiful views of Lake Washington.



Within just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll also find a variety of local restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore and enjoy the neighborhood’s dining and retail options.



Other Things to Note:

1- Street parking can be challenging depending on the time of day.

2- No Central AC but we provided 2 portable ACs.
