Sleeping arrangements
The lower unit is arranged for up to 4 guests with two bedrooms available. Each features a memory foam hybrid mattress designed for restful sleep. In the Tree Room, you’ll find a streaming TV, dual nightstands, a full-length mirror, and a makeup mirror with hairdryer. The Wood Room offers a rustic wooden accent wall, workspace with office supplies, and the same thoughtful comforts. A shared bathroom includes a bathtub and shower combination, sleek vanity, toiletries, plush towels, and storage for your essentials.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and cooking basics. A coffee and tea bar provides a variety of options, while the dining table with seating for six makes it easy to share meals. Wine glasses, baking sheet, blender, toaster, rice maker, and barbecue utensils are also available to support everything from casual breakfasts to relaxed dinners.

Living space
The living area is bright and inviting with a 50-inch smart TV, record player with LPs, sound system, books, DVDs, and board games. Air conditioning, heating, portable fans, blackout curtains, washer and dryer, and a dedicated workspace ensure comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Exercise equipment is provided for those who like to keep active indoors.

A crib, pack ’n play, high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, children’s books and toys, outlet covers, safety gates, and children’s dinnerware are all provided. For outings, umbrella strollers, a two-child bike trailer, and helmets are available.

You’re just 7 miles from downtown Seattle and perfectly positioned near the University of Washington, major healthcare facilities, and the city’s top sporting venues. Getting around is easy! You're only a mile from the Northgate Light Rail station and a 5-minute walk to the Rapid Ride bus line. Hop on the Link Light Rail for a quick, affordable ride to UW, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, or Sea-Tac Airport. It’s just $3.50 and trains run every 8 minutes—making your commute or game day a breeze.

Before booking, please review the house rules to ensure this home meets your needs. This peaceful home is part of a separated duplex, offering a private and comfortable space for you to enjoy and relax. For affordability, this unit is a 3 bedroom that has one room locked off.

Each unit features its own entrance, as well as separate BBQ and outdoor living areas, ensuring you have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. You’ll have all the privacy you need, while also enjoying the tranquil ambiance of the neighborhood, yard and creek. We have a shared yard for recreation & relaxation, dogs, and children. Additional pet fees and policies apply and proof of vaccination/flea & tick protection will be required prior to stay.

Thornton Creek is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a wheelchair ramp, shower chair/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor includes natural and cowhide elements. Because we are a natural environment, animals and insects are seen on occasion. We have professional, environmentally friendly, pest control services monthly.

Exterior cameras are at the front door of each unit and another overlooking the parking area. There are NO inside cameras. However, we do monitor for sound decibel levels, smoke, and number of people present.

We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.
