Gather the family and furry pets and visit this gorgeous home for your next Seattle getaway. You’ll be in the prime location for sights and attractions like the Seattle Aquarium less than a 6-mile drive away, as well as Alki Beach only 1.5 miles away from your home base.

When you’re not out exploring, retreat back to this lovely home for fun and relaxation. The upscale game room has a sofa along with a pool table and shuffleboard where you can come together for friendly competition. The living area has ample comfortable furnishings and a fireplace where you can join and stream your favorite movie. Here, you’ll also find children’s activities for the little ones as well. When you’re ready for a bite to eat, you can head over to the fully-equipped kitchen with a quaint dining table. There is also a more formal dining room for larger feasts.

Outside amenities include a BBQ grill and play area, with plenty of yard space for your pets to roam around. For added convenience there is also a washer/dryer and WiFi access, providing all the essentials for a complete stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This place was better than we expected ! We had 4 adults and 4 kids aged 5-13). Sooo much space, clean, nice bathrooms, game room and extra games were great! Felt just like a home away from home. Highly recommend !

Great space lovely stay

This was a great spot for us to stay to celebrate our youngest son graduating from City University. Two things, the house has an ironing board and no iron nor does it offer a kettle, you must boil water in a pot. We had to find a one day dry cleaner to press a grad gown. And the pots are too large for an 91 year to manage pouring water for tea.

Very nice stay

We stayed at this nice house on the backend of our Alaskan cruise. We were looking for early check-in to drop off our luggage in order to go back and explore Seattle, but they were not able to accommodate. We also were looking at an hour later check-out due to when our flight left, but it would have added to the cost. First Vrbo that was unable to provide complimentary extensions on either end of our stay. Again, not looking for a half day, but an hour would have been helpful. The inside of the house was clean and cozy...gas fireplace was a great touch. We used all three beds to accommodate our family party of six. The pool table and shuffleboard were a fun bonus. The house also had a ton of books and a big selection for kids. Though all our kids are grown and not on this trip, this would have been a solid home to stay at with younger kids. The outside of the house could use some upkeep....landscape maintenance, trash pickup, etc. Location was really convenient to downtown West Seattle as well as easy ferry ride to downtown Seattle.Overall, check-in and check-out were easy. We would stay at this property again.

Enjoyed our stay

The property worked for our family very well. Overall the property was in good condition. Like some of the other reviews mentioned, the kitchen seems a bit dated, but this didnt bother us at all. The property had everything we needed and conveniently located near the water taxi to the city. If driving into the city its about 10 to 15 minutes. Worth mentioning its also walking distance to a Starbucks, grocery stores and some restaurants. Property managers were quick to respond if something came up and resolved the issue in a timely manner.

Wonderful Property and location

A few minor things to be addressed: Upper stove not working, rip chair and worn living room furniture, fireplace non working. I still would stay here again. It just would’ve been a courtesy to mention these things ahead of time. They were also accommodating when we had to extend a day due to traveling issues.

Fun time

Kid friendly, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Game room and swing set were enjoyed, and inside kids games are a nice touch. Only real complaint is it took a bit to warm the house up *heat pumps, and no directions for fireplace provided at house or after messaging host. Found directions on day 4 at vacasa, but didnt work. Kitchen could use some additional cooking things (ex rice cooker) but dishwasher works great. No issues with wifi or tv. House was clean. May stay again

I’ve stayed here several years and always enjoy it.This year the fireplace would not work and there is no toilet paper holder in the master bath which I found strange. The water was turned off in the downstairs bath sink , but we made do.

Great house, safe location, not so great property management

First, I would like to stress that this IS a really nice house in a really great neighborhood. It was a safe and overall fun place for the family and I while we were vacationing in Seattle. The kids really enjoyed playing pool or air hockey in our down time. With that said; when we got there the replace water filter light was on for the fridge, the fireplace would not turn on (we turned on the switch in the cabinet, and pushed the pilot and ignitor buttons and nothing was happening), and 1 of the bedroom lights were burnt out. There is a number to text to get service so I texted them on our 3rd (out of 8) day. I was told that the local team would be getting ahold of me. Later that day we came back to the property and found a filtered water pitcher and some light bulbs on the porch. Nobody reached out, they didn't know that they bought the wrong type of light bulbs and this still didn't fix the fireplace issue which we were bummed about because we paid for a place with a fireplace. I reached back out to the company the next day to let them know that the lightbulbs didn't work for that type of fixture and that we still couldn't use the fireplace. We were, again, told that we would hear from the local team. Never did. A couple days before we left we tried doing laundry and it got warm and humid in the laundry room, which set off the really loud fire alarm located in that room. Since it was electric and not battery operated we could not stop it and had to wait it out.

Short Stay with Friends

Beautiful house! The internet was very slow, we ended up using our personal hotspot for the TV. The beds weren’t very comfy either. The house is gorgeous though and lots of space for activities. There is a view of the space needle just a few blocks down the road. Great location! We enjoyed our stay overall.

Many Inconveniences

We felt the accommodation was unprepared for our weeklong arrival at the beginning of the week. The front door lock was broken and we had to go in and out of the house through the back daily. The fire alarms were detached from the ceiling mounts and when we reattached them they would beep due to low batteries, this was a safety issue. The cleanliness was significantly lacking. We had to clean every pot, pan, and baking sheet we used of grease. The grill had melted cheese all over it and we had to clean thoroughly beforehand. Many of the gas stove tops did not work. There were no trash bags or laundry detergent. The patio had grapes everywhere with no outdoor broom to sweep and clean it so we couldn't use it. The jets in the hot tub weren't cleaned beforehand and had thick grime come out of them with the first use of which my daughter was bathing in. Also, one of the pool sticks was broken with duct tape and all the others had tips so worn down they didn't aim and hit correctly. There were no replacements and the table itself was broken with the stabilization screws being stripped. The pool table and patio were big reasons we selected the house. The fireplace wasn't working and didn't have instructions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but there were a lot of little things piled up to be inconvenient and frustrating. Especially paying a cleaning bill for a house that we left far cleaner than wearriving to

2nd stay

We absolutely love this property and will happily use it as our Seattle base anytime. They are very kid and dog friendly. There’s a dog bed in the living area along with extra dog bowls and toys. I love the fact that they have children’s dishes and cups, tons of games, toys, a little kid table, the play structure and the list of family/dog friendly features goes on. It means we don’t have to bring an entire bag of stuff to entertain them, plus there’s a pack n play (which we used) and high chair. The kitchen is well stocked but we don’t really use it except for kids breakfast, snacks etc as we love walking to the pizza place, coffee shop and other places just blocks away.

Great location

Great location, very clean and had everything we needed. Super quick to respond to any questions. Within walking distance to market and restaurants and parks. Great view of the Seattle skyline, just across the street.
