*. Noise Disclosure: Please note that there may be guests staying in the basement units, so you might hear some occasional noise.



*. AC Disclosure: There is one mini-split AC in the living room and another one in the master bedroom, there is no AC in other rooms but fans are provided



*. Parking Disclosure: There is one reserved parking space in the front of the house. Free street parking is also easily available.



*. Backyard is shared with basement unit.



*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.



*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.



*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.



*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
