- Bonus Bedroom: If you walk past the master bedroom you will have access to a room with two twin XL beds that are bunks beds. (Heater only)

- Living room with a 65-inch Smart TV - NO Cable (Ductless mini split AC available)

FIRST FLOOR:

PARKING: **Important**
- There is one free designated parking space right in front of the house. Please only park small or medium size cars. For large cars like pick up trucks and long SUV's we recommend parking out on the street where you can find free street parking.

PARKING: **Important**
- There is one free designated parking space right in front of the house. Please only park small or medium size cars. No larger than a Honda CRV. For large cars like pick up trucks and long SUVs, we recommend parking out on the street where you can find free street parking. Must drive through tight space to reach parking area.

- No access to mailbox: Deliveries must be made to the door of the house. We can't be held responsible for any packages so please try to be present during deliveries.

- This is a multi-level home with stairs. Please ensure all guests are aware and able to navigate them comfortably

- Smart TV: You will have to login to your own accounts for steaming apps. (No cable available)
