"I am so happy to discover this gem. This weekend for our family was to honor my children's father who recently passed away and I struggled to find a place for my family of 6 without breaking the bank. It was clean, the host was very nice and easily available if needed and best part we were literally a minute walk to the beach & boardwalk. It is ideal location for a family. My teen boys especially loved being so close to the arcade and in the morning I could get my coffee right at the corner...

"The unit was exactly as shown in pictures: clean, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable chair/couch, table looks over side street for morning coffee people watching. The linens and king bed were spotless and comfy. Plenty of towels available and a small wall heater in the bathroom. There are stairs to get to unit but stair hall is wide, easy to navigate. "The location was perfect for what I came up to the New England area for. Water/Beaches within a 12 to 20 minute drive. Also wanted to visit Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Drive to locations in each state was only within a few hours drive or shorter. Easy access communication with the property managers. "

"The absolute best location in Portsmouth! Convenient to all the shops and dining and with a beautiful view of the bay. Bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds & bedding. My only downside is the main living room area is a bit tight for a family of four. One couch that could comfortably seat three people and no dining table to sit and play a game of cards or board game - we used the coffee table with my teenage girls sitting on the floor - it worked, but it certainly was a compromise. ...
