Welcome to Barnacle Bay. Your home away from home. We are located in the heart of Hampton Beach, right in the middle of the boardwalk. Walk to the beach and all the entertainment, restaurants right from your front door. Barnacle Bay is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment.



We provide all of your basic essentials including beach gear - beach towel, beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon included. Spend the day at the beautiful beach and come home and relax in your cozy home away from home.



The Space:

Barnacle Bay is a 2 bedroom suite, 1 bathroom suite with two full size beds.



Parking is a 2-3 minute walk from the unit. Parking is NOT at the building. If this is a problem for you, please don’t rent this unit.

• Sand toys for the little ones

• Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash

• Coffee creamer and sugar

• Groceries — food and pantry items are not supplied



📺 TVs are Smart TVs — no cable is provided. Please sign into your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, YouTube TV, etc.) to watch, and remember to sign out before you check out.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire suite.



Parking for this unit is a 2-3 minute walk around the corner. It is not in the driveway of the home! There is designated parking for one vehicle. Any additional vehicles will need to find alternative parking or park for free at the Hampton Park & Ride.



The Neighborhood:

Barnacle Bay is located near the center of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. It is less than a 950 foot walk to Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer.



Please note that this property is located in the heart of Hampton Beach. As such, weather conditions, tides, and other natural events are outside of our control. We are unable to provide refunds, discounts, or other compensation due to inclement weather, flooding, unusually high tides, or related circumstances.



The property is located in an area where occasional street flooding may occur during periods of heavy rainfall and/or exceptionally high tides. This condition is caused by drainage limitations and roadway grading on the town-maintained street. While water may temporarily accumulate on portions of the roadway, it has not impacted the property itself or reached the driveway.



If standing water is present on the street, guests walking to and from the property should be prepared with appropriate footwear, as conditions may result in wet feet. We appreciate your understanding and encourage guests to monitor local weather conditions during their stay.



Getting Around:

One parking spot comes with this unit. It's a 2-3 minute walk around the corner from the home. You are able to pull up to the unit and drop off all your belongings without an issue.



Other Things to Note:

The bathroom is on the smaller side in this unit, but you should be able to get an idea in the photos.



This unit includes one off-site parking space located approximately a 2-3 minute walk from the property. While rare, the parking area may occasionally be affected by severe weather, heavy rainfall, or unusually high tides that can result in temporary flooding. To our knowledge, this has occurred only once within the past three years.



In the event that the designated parking area becomes inaccessible, guests will be responsible for making their own alternative parking arrangements. Refunds, discounts, reimbursement of parking expenses, or other forms of compensation will not be provided under these circumstances.



All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. We assume no responsibility or liability for vehicle damage, theft, loss, vandalism, weather-related impacts, towing, or any issues arising from parking availability or access.



We do not offer refunds, credits, or date changes due to inclement weather, storms, hurricanes, tropical systems, excessive heat or cold, poor beach conditions, beach closures, water quality advisories, red flag warnings, or any other weather- or government-related conditions that may impact your stay or the use of local attractions. These circumstances are outside of our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.



We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event your trip is affected by unforeseen weather or other covered circumstances.
