Step outside to an expansive wooden deck featuring comfortable seating, vibrant potted plants, and peaceful views of the tropical landscape and adjacent golf course. The large screened in porch expands your living space with wicker lounge seating and a built in outdoor kitchen complete with a premium stainless grill, sink, and mini fridge.

• BEACH: 0.3 miles away. Conveniently located just a short distance from the beach. At least 2 beach chairs are provided at the property for guest use.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Digital Amenity Cards access is INCLUDED with your stay at no extra charge (a $55 daily savings). This offers access to the private oceanfront Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts.
• POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the digital amenity card. Access to the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lakehouse is also included.
• INFRARED SAUNA: There is a sauna on the ground level. Guests under 18 years of age should not use. Do not use for more than 20 minutes at a time.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 4 vehicle gate passes. Guests have full access to the garage and large driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: Electric and gas-powered LSV golf carts are permitted at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count as a vehicle towards the strict 4-vehicle maximum limit.
• CHILDREN: Children are welcome.
• PET POLICY: Dogs considered with prior approval and pet fee.

• ADDITIONAL INFO: A $69 non-refundable fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage. Fitness center and indoor pool access at the Lakehouse are available for a daily fee of $16 per guest.

• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included.

• WASHER & DRYER: A washing machine and dryer are located in the home for your convenience. Should you require wash and fold service, please let us know.

• COFFEE MAKER: A Cuisinart 12-cup glass coffee pot and a single-serve pod brewer are on site for guest use. Please bring your own ground coffee, filters, and preferred pods.

• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award winning golf. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The Lakehouse fitness center and indoor pool are accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Pre-order forms are mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee.

• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. The Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee of $45 per vehicle. This property has a strict limit of 4 vehicle passes. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.

• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self check in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone, and our office and team of staff are located on the island most of the time.

• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper Management & Vacation Rentals. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

• CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. We launder the bedcoverings after every single stay.

• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just a short drive away, an adventure awaits you daily.

• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and monies paid by the traveler. The Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states prohibiting the traveler or guests in the traveler's group from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

• POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories, but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY. No events or parties are allowed.
