Master bedroom has 1 King-size bed. All linens are provided. Smart TV with dedicated remote is available with subscriptions to Comcast/Xfinity and includes Netflix and Hulu. Box fan included in closet.

Full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Mr. Coffee and Keurig machines. Small washer/dryer available for non-sandy items. Starter soaps and paper towels are provided.

Master bathroom has shower with tub, sink and toilet. Hall bathroom has shower with sink and toilet. All towel linens and starter soaps and toilet paper are provided.

Living room has one Queen sofa bed. There is also a Queen sized all night electric air mattress. Smart TV with dedicated remote is available with subscriptions to Comcast/Xfinity and includes Netflix and Hulu.

Dining room contains table and chairs for 4. All dishes and pots and pans are provided. HVAC controls are on dining room column.

Open deck has umbrella. Deck also contains seating with table and chairs for 4 people. 4 Beach chairs and 1 umbrella are provided. Always unlock sliding glass door when going to the beach and keep the deck door locked. Deck lock uses same code as front door.

Access Seabrook Island, SC driving 20 minutes from Charleston, SC by auto. Beachcombers and bike riders abound. Pools and country club are within 5 minute walking distance. Beach and ocean are out your back door.

We accept dogs only under 35 lbs that do not shed if they are on the acceptable breed list. Our per pet cleaning fee is $175, no exception for service animals. Please send us a photo of your dog. Also bring linens to cover white furniture. $500 fee for dog hair, pet dander found on beds or furniture subject to cleaning service assessment only, no smoking allowed. $500 penalty is imposed by cleaning firm and their decision is final. Smokeless electric grill is provided as Seabrook Island does not allow using any grill, cooker or heating device heated by fire.

Amenity Cards must be linked to credit card as no cash is accepted at pools, restaurants, etc. We accept up to 2 dogs who weigh less than 35 pounds each. Per pet cleaning fee is $175, no exception for service animals. Call if your dog(s) weigh(s) more or are specially trained for exception. No parties. No smoking of any kind. Must be 24 years old to rent. All rentals are subject to $175 cleaning fee, $75 resort fee and $40 parking pass. SC hospitality tax rate is 13%. Refunds are limited to 96.4% of payments actually received and sent via check at end of month.
