The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

To access the Lake House amenities, you must preorder your digital amenity cards online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.
