Overlooking the Seabrook Island Racquet Club, located across the street from the outdoor Lakehouse pool and fitness center, and just down the road from the Seabrook Island Equestrian Center, Bohicket Marina, and Freshfields Village, this villa is ideally located. This cozy condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, making it an ideal getaway for couples or small families seeking a peaceful escape.

    With a spacious layout of 825 square feet, this property comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Relax in the inviting living area, complete with a large smart TV and comfortable, modern seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Just off the living area, the sunroom features a sofa bed that unfolds from a cabinet to reveal a sleeping space, providing added flexibility for additional guests. The bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The well-appointed bathroom adds convenience to your stay, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring.

    The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary delight, featuring modern appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the essential cookware and utensils. For your morning convenience, a Keurig coffee maker is provided. Gather around the dining table for meals or enjoy a casual breakfast at the kitchen counter.

    • CLUB AMENITIES: Amenity Cards included (a $55 daily savings). Access to Beach Club (open seasonally), golf, and tennis. Lakehouse outdoor pool is accessible too.
    • POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the amenity card. The outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is also included.
    • MAXIMUM GUEST OCCUPANCY: 4 guests.
    • PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) count as a vehicle.
    • CHILDREN: Children welcome.
    • LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.
    • PET POLICY: Well-behaved dogs allowed. Pet fee applies.
    • LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV golf carts allowed. LSVs require a gate pass and count towards the 2 vehicle maximum limit.
    • PROFESSIONALLY LICENSED & MANAGED: Short-Term Rental License STR2025000499.
    • ADDITIONAL INFO: Guest safety is always a priority. A fire extinguisher is located under the sink. A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage.

    • LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).

    • CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to stay.

    • WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

    • COFFEE MAKER: A Keurig single-serve coffee maker is on site. (BYO your favorite Keurig K-cups).

    • AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are included with your stay, a savings of $55 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

    • ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 2 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.

    • CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

    • CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

    • CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housing staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

    • THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

    • IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

    • POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

    • PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!
