This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Spinnaker Villa is located next to the Seabrook Island Beach Club with luxury amenities, private sundecks, tranquil wooded views, and prime access to the beautiful beaches of Seabrook Island, SC.

On entry you’re welcomed by a sunny open living area with coastal inspired interiors, vaulted ceilings, luxury vinyl plank throughout, an abundance of natural light and plenty of space to gather with friends and family in style. Stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, share vacation meals together, or step outside to a private patio for BBQ cookouts and alfresco dining. Seating area in the living room has a table for 4 guests, perfect for games, puzzles or gathering!

To the right of the entry way is the heart of the home, a fully renovated kitchen complete with quartz counters, stainless appliances, coffee station and a pantry. A sunny breakfast nook with a window seat comfortably seats 6 guests as well as seating at the bar counter. A stacked washer/dryer is also included for guest convenience.

This stylish and spacious Spinnaker Villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 inviting bedrooms all with private Smart TVs and cable. On the main level is the first guest bedroom featuring two double beds and an adjoining bathroom with a bath/shower combo. On the upper level are two additional rooms and an upstairs balcony off the primary suite. The primary suite features a king size bed, private balcony, and a brand NEW ensuite bathroom featuring high ceilings, a walk in shower, double vanity and wavy tile. The third bedroom, also located upstairs, features a Queen bed with access to the primary's bathroom.

Wherever you stay on the island, our Seabrook rental houses have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Across the street from beach access points 8 and 9.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this property.

Parking: Maximum number of vehicles is 2. Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
