This villa is a breathtaking home away from home. Your stay is sure to be a 5 star experience. This second floor end unit has expansive water views. The villa offers amazing sunsets and wonderful views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Edisto River. The boardwalk to the beach is right out your back door. Walk out the door and your toes are in the sand. As the shrimp boats pass in the distance and sailboats cruise along the water, you may see a dolphin playing or strand feeding. From the moment you open the door, the demands of the outside world will fall by the wayside.

The entire villa has ship lapped ceilings, wood floors and ceiling fans. Off the entry is the master bedroom ensuite, with a king size bed. For those that need to work while visiting there is a desk with a view of the live oaks, which the complex is surrounded by. There is a 52" television for your enjoyment. Very relaxing with a ceiling fan and globe lighting. The master bathroom is beautiful with a walk in tiled shower with a glass door. A hair dryer is provided for the guest.

There is a washer and dryer onsite for your convenience.

The main living space in this villa allows the kitchen, dining and living area to flow easily together overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it convenient to dine in if you want. The breakfast bar has four stools for easy serving. Also outside, there is a high top table for dining with a view.

The great room has two sofas for your comfort. Very welcoming for either relaxing and reading or watching tv with a 65" screen. Open the sliding doors and you can feel the salt air in your face. Enjoy the sunsets as they are some of the best on the east coast. Have your morning coffee, afternoon lunch and evening cocktails right on the deck.

The deck overlooks the Edisto river with views of the ocean. The beach is close to Camp St. Christopher. The Seabrook Island Ocean/Club Amenities are close and convenient. A short .5 miles from this villa. Seabrook Club has two golf courses, Crooked Oak and Ocean Winds and are across from the clubhouse is the Beach Club (seasonal) with its two oceanfront swimming pools, beachfront chaises and the Pelican's Nest restaurant. Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this property.

Bring the family pup, as long as it is under 25 lbs. (additional pet fees apply)

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is available for purchase with this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
