"We stayed in the multiple bedroom on our way down to Nashville. It was very spacious very clean. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. Have absolutely no complaints and I would stay here again. They also select a guest to be guest of the day which I was and it just added something a little special to the trip. Received a little bag with a bottle of water, a bag of chips and a certificate."

"An absolutely amazing stay! We were very comfortable and the staff was excellent and very helpful during our 5 day stay. Very convenient location to lots of restaurants and a Walmart. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area! Also great hotel for pets!"

We got in late in the evening the lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing and sweet! breakfast was great, room was cleaned immaculately, the pool was amazing every was perfect! "This is an older hotel that needs some serious updating. The lobby and halls are very dark. The bathroom light didn't work, so they put a lamp in there and the shower was dark. We had to tighten down the toilet seat by hand it was so loose we couldn't use it. The only good thing is that it seems to be quiet and there is plenty of places to eat."

Reviews seem broken. Stayed April 9 and it was great. Worth it at twice the price and the breakfast was good. With good variety.

"Price. Clean bed and room with adequate HVAC, the minimum needed for quick overnight at the Dayton Hamvention. It was all the way across town from Xenia but it was also NOT $300.00/night!"

If parents are staying there with their young kids, I am willing to say it's reputable place. The hot tub was closed, but the pool was a relaxing chill after a day of driving. In addition, if you're hungry, there are a lot of chain restaurants nearby -- including a Cracker Barrel next door."

"Hotel in location close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Room was nice. Close to Rose Music hall, which is why we chose. Free breakfast was about as basic as you could get, but was ok. Roosters restaurant across the street was packed. Solid food and GREAT PRICES. We ate dinner ther and paid what we normally pay for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if going back to the Rose, which was a fantastic place to see a concert!"
