"This is literally a brand new hotel right in the middle of downtown Dayton. It is in the arcade building, a historic building that has recently been brought back to life after 25 years being closed. It’s very nice inconvenient. The staff seems very excited to be there."

"An absolutely amazing stay! We were very comfortable and the staff was excellent and very helpful during our 5 day stay. Very convenient location to lots of restaurants and a Walmart. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area! Also great hotel for pets!"

"Our room wasn’t ready, the receptionist was very apologetic. We went to get something to eat and when we came back the room was ready. My wife absolutely loved the pillows. There was a nice breakfast provided in the morning, we did not try it because we wanted to get on the road."

"We stayed in the multiple bedroom on our way down to Nashville. It was very spacious very clean. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. Have absolutely no complaints and I would stay here again. They also select a guest to be guest of the day which I was and it just added something a little special to the trip. Received a little bag with a bottle of water, a bag of chips and a certificate."

"We toured the US Airforce Museum on an overnight trip from Pittsburgh. The property was 10 minutes from the museum, located on the outskirts of a nice mall. The property was well kept, rooms clean, reasonably priced, and the staff was professionally friendly. There were several restaurants and an arcade in walking distance. They had a small indoor pool and small gym. Breakfast bar had many choices, but nothing special. Hot food was pretty bland. Thanks for a nice stay away from home!"

"Hotel in location close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Room was nice. Close to Rose Music hall, which is why we chose. Free breakfast was about as basic as you could get, but was ok. Roosters restaurant across the street was packed. Solid food and GREAT PRICES. We ate dinner ther and paid what we normally pay for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if going back to the Rose, which was a fantastic place to see a concert!"
