I wasn’t notified regarding the additional $20 deposit per room by Expedia. Not until I arrived and it took WAY too long to check in (really, streamline your key assignment and check in procedures!) was I informed there would be room deposits. I looked on the Expedia app at my reservations. I had to click ‘see more’ three times before—at the very bottom—it said ‘there may be a deposit required’. GIVE ME A BREAK! Information like this should be stated along with the pricing so your customers aren’t surprised. The man who check us in was apologetic and attempted to be helpful. However, once the very long check-in process was complete, I asked him where I should park to most easily access my room—being disabled, this is important information. His instructions didn’t match the location of the room.
