"Staff very helpful, amazing location so easy to get around various beauty spots. Park& Ride across the road. Access to Whitby so easy. Disabled visitors catered for. Staff decorated our room ( which was amazing) for my birthday. Lovely surprise."

"The staff were exceptional, all of them. Often theses days customer service is forgotten. My stay here reminded me what a difference it makes when the staff are well trained, friendly and helpful! Well done team. I could not fault anything about my stay, rooms were a good size, the hotel and connected pub well decorated, modern and clean. Food was great and especially the vegetarian burger was the best I had (I have been vegetarian for 40 years)! So much so, i asked where the get them from! I...

"Great location for Saltburn & Whitby, lovely, quiet village. Sunday lunch was delicious, big portions, very good value for money. Would highly recommend. The room was clean & very comfortable with fantastic views. The bed was very comfy too. The staff were all very friendly and attentative. Will definitely visit again. "
