"Location is great and only a few blocks from Forsyth Park and plenty of restaurants. Parking was no issue with plenty of spots directly outside the unit. It steps are an issue, make sure you read the description of the unit. No issue or surprise to us but worth noting if an issue. Well kept place with plenty of room and no issues at all"

For multiple days of our stay, the unit was extremely hot (nearly 80 degrees), which made it difficult to relax, sleep, and enjoy the space. "The apartment was beautiful and in a very safe neighborhood. We were able to walk all around Savannah and never even used our cars. There is a bus stop right outside the door for the free bus that runs through Savannah, which we used once. The pictures do not do the place justice. "Overall, this property did not meet our expectations. The entire unit had a strong musty, mold-like odor throughout our stay. We also noticed visible mold around the air ducts, and the shower had visible cracks that made the bathroom feel poorly maintained.The sleeping arrangements were a major disappointment. This is a great host, and I recommend. The property was also perfectly equipped for a nice week-long stay. The check-in process was very easy! If the occasion arises again, I would book this again! "We had a great stay! We live in Savannah and experienced an unexpected power outage for a few days. We are a family of 5 including 3 young boys (9,7,3) and needed a comfortable place close to our house to be able to continue on with work and life AND THAT HAS AIR CONDITIONER! Well, the air conditioner works wonderfully (and is in fact brand new!). The boys think they are on vacation and haven't skipped a beat. The view is beautiful and the area feels really safe.
