"My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. "They gave me a room with no windows or skylight even though I booked the one with a skylight. A comped breakfast did not fix the fact that I was in a room under the entire heating and cooling system and it was noisy all night"

"Great place to base yourself if needing to be in the Frisco area. Clean, tidy, safe. Comfy beds. Walkable to Legacy Shops (25 minutes). Some great restaurants across from the hotel - Cantina Loredo (good happy hour), Great sushi & service at Edoko. Coffee at Summer Moon really good. Would definitely stay again. "The staff was very friendly and accommodated all of our requests. Our room was very spacious and we enjoyed having a kitchen. I was happy to see a safe in our room and the location was excellent, surrounded by restaurants and shopping venues. There were lots of selections available for breakfast and the coffee was delicious. We will definitely stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton in the future."
