"Ok place, nothing special. Bed was comfortable. Lobby, floor area, bathroom conditions not so good."

"All over was nice except the toilet seat, stained yellowish colour even though the staff had tried scrubbing it. Convenient for shopping, karaoke and cinema. "

"nice experience staying here!"

"Terimakasih sudah diupgrade ke kelas kamar di atasnya. "

"the location is good and staff are very welcoming and nice. however the hotel property itself needs a major update. the toilet countertop and basin are half falling, the shower gel bottle and whatever is inside looks old and smell disgusting. "The environment is clean. The staff is friendly. Only thing i don't like is there is no wardrobe and dressing table."

"Definitely NOT going to stay in a unit managed by Travelio! So disappointed!"
