"This hotel tries really hard; has spacious rooms with high quality furnishings, and excellent personal service (e.g. ringing you up to ask if you want breakfast room service). The location is away from Jalan Cihampelas but it is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Handy for Lembang, Istana Plaza and the airport. Very good value-for-money indeed. Foreigners should be aware that no beer or wine is served."

"the front desk staff was great. very friendy, suggest things to see, places to go, places to eat. any questions i had about languge were answered with explanation to help me understand. really a great staff. really nice to stay where you are treated so well. "Tune is owned by Air Asia. Tune Dago (Bandung) is fairly new. Staff are 1st class. All I want is a clean bed and a great shower. Tune Dago fits the bill but is a great hotel in a good location. I will stay again. Love-it & thanks Tune."

"A studio appartement in a modern building. Communication with Travelio was not easy as we did not understand that Expedia was passing us to another similar local agency to manage the rental. Fortunately my partner is speaking Indonesian but if it had been only in English it would have been even more difficult. The place now - basic facility. Two towel and two rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights, this is cheap. The flush in the toilet was broken, we had to use the plastic device in the shower...

"1. We arrived at night. There was a thin quilt on the bed, but extra cover wouldn't be available until the next day. 2. I requested two rooms. I was in one room and my son was to sleep in the next room in what I thought was a two-bedroom apartment. But it turned out that we had been given rooms nine floors apart in a high-rise apartment building and key cards could be used to access only the floors we stayed on, so we didn't have access to each other. When I asked about changing rooms, I was...
