"The roon was clean when I got there, and it get cleaned up everyday around 10:00 when you're out exploring the city. The staff (I don't know if I was talking with Annalisa or Barbara the two owners) were super kind and helpful, they checked on me everyday to make sure everything was okay. You can walk mostly everywhere to visit the city, or jump on a subway a couple of minutes away. "We stayed 3 nights at Palazzo Marziale. A lovely boutique hotel with lots of caracter and charm. The location is also perfect in the centre of Sorrento with restaurants, station etc within easy walking distance. We stayed in the "Romance" room, which was very comfortable and nicely decorated. "We stayed four nights in an appartment just next to the pool. The pool was heated which was great since the weather was rather bad. The appartments are located just outside central Amalfi but just a very short walk to the Duomo/habour. The beds were below average. The sofabed was ok but the twinbed was noisy enough to wake me up in the middle of the night if I moved :-("

"My husband got sick & the hotel staff were very helpful. We really appreciated it. The room was nice & bed was comfortable. Bathroom was super small European size. The room we stayed in was in the backside of the main road, so it was relatively quiet. The hotel was walking distance from Pompei station as well as the ruins. Very convenient! Just make sure you have plenty of time to walk around the ruins. It’s huge & expanding!!"

"Very convenient location to the train station, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. We were able to get to all our destinations very easily (Pompei, Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano). Our host Francesco was very helpful in answering all our questions. Town feels very safe. Building entrance is run down but the actual flat is quite nice. Only thing missing is an iron for clothes. Great stay! "

"We absolutely loved our stay here! The service was amazing, the staff were so sweet and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make everything easy for us. They even held our luggage after we checked out, which was so thoughtful! The breakfast that’s included was incredible (honestly one of the best we’ve had!) and the patio is just beautiful, the perfect place to enjoy a slow morning in Amalfi.
