billigt centralt hotel
Rimeligt ophold. Vi fik dog ikke morgenmad med i prisen, selvom det var anført på hotels.com bekræftelse. Vi var der i November og der blev ikke sløset med varmen. Værelserne var virkelig kolde.

Recommendable!
Very nice hotel with a very friendly staff. Nice room and situated not far from city centre. Parking outside the door is very convienient, however if you come by car DO NOT attempt to drive up the steep hill outside the hotel. You can go around the block which will be a lot safer. The hotel staff would recommend you to hire a taxi to lead you there, which might be a good idea, if you don't have gps. The breakfast is a little poor, but ok. Would stay there again and recommend it anytime.

Dont stay at the hotel
Hello I booked the room through hotels.com and the price included breakfast but at the hotel we were told price does not include breakfast and it is not their problem.but it id hotels.com problem. The most important thing no heat the first night and we were cold and had second night little heat.Evreything is so poorly organized this hotel. We arrived the hotel at 1pm. Noone was at the hotel. The door was locked.we have to find person by calling but we dont have local phone line and we have to pay extra phone bill too. During the trip we could not find anyone to take care of us.

Bad!
It is very close to the sights, but you have to climb a very steep hill to reach the hotel. The room and bathroom were not very clean. There were even lipstick marks on the glasses in the room. They do not provide any of the services listed on the site, they do not help. To sum up, it was a stay that doesn't suit that beautiful city.

Check in was a breeze and the people were lovely. The room was perfect for the 4 of us and had room for one more. Location was great and parking was easy.

Nice hotel close to old city.
Everything was ok exapt that our extrabed was not there when we came. But the stuff was really kind. The cleaning could have been more often and we missed some facitilities in The kitchen.

Tolles Hotel, in toller Lage
Das Hotel liegt ca. 5-10 min vom Zentrum entfernt. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war riesig.

Uitdstekend hotel op gunstige locatie!
Hotel Herc is een prima, kleinschalig hotel op een gunstige locatie ten opzichte van het oude centrum, de Baščaršija (oude bazaar 's en het historische en culturele centrum van de stad), de Ferhadija (winkelstraat) en verschillende bezienswaardigheden. De hotelmedewerkers zijn uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ruime kamers zijn keurig en sfeervol. Het ontbijt was prima. Geen buffet, maar verschillende ontbijtproducten op tafel uitgestald (op verzoek kan het ontbijt worden aangepast/uitgebreid).

Close to the old town
Nice comfortable hotel, although a little dated in its feel. Stayed on the top floor, which is like a small apartment rather than a standard hotel room (and hence no daily cleaning etc). It is at the top of a steep hill, but not worth getting a taxi whilst you're staying there if you can manage the two minute climb at the end of the day. Appear to only take cash - not unusual in Bosnia but needs factoring in.

Charmantes Hotel in Sarajevo
Das Hotel Herc ist ein kleines , aber sehr charmantes , Hotel in der unmittelbaren Nähe zur Altstadt Sarajevos. Trotz der guten Lage ist es am und im Hotel sehr ruhig. Zudem ist das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder dort übernachten , denn das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut .

Overnight Stay in Sarajevo
I arrived at night and quickly found the hotel. I parked my car and was immediately greeted by the hotel staff. They helped me with my luggage and checked me in. I immediately went to my room for the night. The wifi worked great in my bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. When I woke up, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet before walking into old town and doing some sightseeing before checking out and continuing on my road trip.

Solid
Hotel Herc was great, especially the staff. Room was modest, yet clean and comfortable. Plenty of warm water, etc. When I fell ill while there, staff was good enough to come to my aid with warm soup. Neighborhood was very well located, but be wary of the very steep hill one climbs to get to it.

Very helpful staff
It was a pleasant little hotel. A fair good walking distance from the bridge area but ok. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Friendly and clean
Was only there for a night, but the staff were very friendly and helpful providing directions around the city. Would stay again. As others mentioned, there is a bit of a steep hill between the old city and the hotel.

Nice little hotel on a hill.
The hotel was small but had interesting rooms. Ours was under the roof. Good view of Sarajevo. Staff was very helpful. Good breakfast. Parking was difficult on sloping ground with surface of mostly smooth rocks. Road access to hotel is by a devious route thru tite places and hairpin turn. On foot it is a strate but challenging uphill walk, followed by stair climbing (4 stories and no elevator). That was too daunting for my 76 year old wife, so we took a taxi which was a good option because Sarajevo fares are the lowest in Europe.

Nice hotel, at the top of a hill. Close to the old city (walking distance, 10 minutes) and perfectly pleasant with a friendly staff.

Bring strong legs!
Hotel Herc is located in walking distance from all the tourist sights in old town Sarajevo. What you don´t see at a normal map is that its on the hillside, and there is a steep walk up to the hotel. The hotel don´t have elevators so you might be climbing a lot of stairs after the walk, so bring strong legs. The room was ok but there was no cleaning or chancing of the towels during my stay, strange.

Hotellets läge var väldigt bra. Nära att gå till gamla stan. Rummet var i dåligt skick. Trasig badrumsinredning och mögel i taket i badrummet. Bra service och fin frukost drar upp betyget något.

市庁舎に近いホテル
ちょっと坂を上るが、坂の下が市庁舎という便利なロケーション。トラムの駅も近いので長距離バスセンターへも行きやすい。
