Super godt hotel - serviceminded personale. Eneste lille "minus" er der står at der er shuttelebus til og fra lufthavn - det har de ikke (det betyder ikke noget, da det er ret nemt med taxa til og fra hotel (prisen ca. €7-10).

Et godt valg !
Courtyard Marriott er det nyeste hotel i byen og har en skøn "roof top bar" med udsigt ud over Sarajevo. Personalet er venligt og gør sig umage for at sikre at du som gæst får dig et godt ophold. Hotellet ligger væk fra larmen, men alligevel tæt på den livlige del af byen.

Good stay, not so good parking and staff
The hotel listing shows free parking available. While true, the spaces are very limited. The room was acceptable and clean. Some of the staff were not very friendly. The location is excellent and price is fair.

Ich habe mein Elektrofahrzeug bei Ihnen im Haus aufgeladen, jedoch konnte mir das Personal vor dem Laden nicht den Preis für die Aufladung mitteilen. Es wurde mir nur versichert dsss es bestimmt nicht allzu viel kosten kann und ich einfach laden soll. Am Tag des Check outs hat man mir dann 15€ fürs parken und 20 € für das Laden in Rechnung gestellt, da es einen regulären fixen Preis dafür gibt. Warum kannte man plötzlich den genauen Wert beim Check out? Keine Entschuldigung des Personals sondern eher ein „Pech gehabt“ ist halt so haben mich weiter enttäuscht. Ich werde dieses Hotel niemanden empfehlen können. Das ist kein professioneller Service.

Great but…
Everything was great except for the fact that the first floor is a smoking floor which is disgusting. As in, people can smoke in their rooms on that whole floor. The floor itself didn’t smell good but the rooms were thankfully better. Still, the thought that that’s still a thing is mind blowing.

Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Loved the quality of the toiletries provided. Shower was good pressure and plenty of hot water. Complimentary bottled water, tea & coffee was provided. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel was good. A special mention to a member of the breakfast staff, Sameira. Such a lovely, helpful lady. She has a ‘significant’ birthday in Oct’23 so if you’ll be a guest there then, please wish her ‘happy birthday’!

Alles war soweit in Ordnung. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist gut. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die Teppichböden. Aber rundum zu empfehlen.

Incheckning 15 men rummet var inte färdigt. Hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Frukosten var undermålig för ett sådant dyrt hotell. Bra läge. Överlag bra men alldeles för dyrt för vad du får.

Other public zones and rooms are non smoking area. Although, your rate is saying that practicly you enjoyed your stay and we are very glad to hear that.
