"I’m a regular at the property. It’s become like Cheers where everybody knows my name. As a digital nomad, this location has what I need to conduct my business online: good Internet, connection, supportive staff, and enough restaurants to grab a quick bite in between assignments."

"Et super godt hotel til prisen, rent værelse, rare og hjælpsom personale."

"I think that when I had to check out I waited too long especially that I had to go catch a flight. The person at desk was not available right away."

"Todo estuvo muy bien. Hay parqueo techado, agua caliente y buenas amenidades. Lo que no me gustó es que algunas cosas no funcionaban y en la mañana algo pasó y se fue el aire acondicionado y todos los tomacorrientes de la cocina como 3 horas."

"I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place is quiet, clean, and well-organized. The pool at the back is a great place to relax — it's in a covered backyard area with a canopy, perfect for unwinding. Having the whole apartment to yourself is a big plus: you can buy groceries and cook your own meals, like breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind — always available whenever I needed anything. I definitely want to come back to this place and I highly recommend it to...

"We love the property and it is not the first time we stay… Our only problem is the parking other then this problem it is a beautiful property and we will recomended to any one looking for stay in the colonial area."

"Buen lugar"

"Excelente ubicación y fácil acceso. Zona segura."

"Was fine"

"The palce is in a good location. However, they do not have alternative source of power. So, if you consider renting be sure to carry a torch o a lamp in case there is power failure. Also, be prepared because you may not be given the apartment you chose or paid for. This has happened to me twice. Also, although there is a gas cooker in the kitchenet it has no gas cylinder. So, do not expect to cook warm or even boil anything there as there is also no microwave I think they can do better."

"Pictures of Paseo Colonial and the room I stayed are inaccurate and misleading. The pictures on the website must have been from a time when the aparthotel was inaugurated. The air-conditioning consoles were full of dust and the room smelled like mildew. The sofa and chairs were stained beyond belief, The bathroom needed cleaning and the living room tile were porous making them stained beyond what is aceptable. There were lots of mosquitos in the hotel. The room I was in faced the street and the...

"Very comfortable apartment next to the beach and restaurants. Staff were super friendly"

"Great location but unreasonably priced!!"

"I work remotely, so this is my ideal place because it is quiet and has a good high-speed Internet connection."
