Upon checking on 02/17/2026 at the front desk, i was told to wait and to have a seat in the lobby. After about 25 minutes i was told that i would be charged for two towels that had irreversible stains on them. i explained that i did not use their towels and that i had brought my on beach towels. At that point I did not have time to go back up to the room to investigate this matter do to the fact that my uber ride was do to show up at any minute and i had to get to the airport. i was subsequently charged almost 3,000 pesos, which is over $40 US dollars. In all of the hotels that i have stayed in, all over the world i have never heard of being charged for a towel, especially at this exorbitant,unreasonable, fruadulent rate. if they did this to me im sure the is probably a normal practice of theirs. i will not ever stay there again!
