The master bedroom comes with a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom. One guest bedroom includes king-size bed, while the other is a bunk room with four twin beds. There is a hall bathroom with easy access for guests of the two secondary bedrooms. 
Two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon, are provided to make your beach trips easy! And, if you need both hands free, there is a pack-and-play to keep the babes safe for sleeping or to keep them in one place!
