Are you looking for a peaceful, quaint, and relaxing stay away from the beach-buzzing crowds on 30A? Look no further than our Florida-style cottage home nestled a few blocks from Choctawhatchee bay and a short drive to the white sandy beaches of 30A, Dune Allen, Grayton, Seaside, and Seagrove. Nearby, you’ll find our cottage is conveniently located just a few miles from boho-esque coffee shops, gulf-to-table seafood restaurants, and hike/bike trails in Topsail and Grayton Beach State Parks. Have a boat? Keep it in our driveway (can fit up to a 20 ft boat) and drive to the free public boat ramp at Cessna Landing to access the bay. Sail out to Crab Island or catch your own Snapper, Grouper or Mahi-Mahi!

The home features a fully fenced yard, perfect for families, children, and pets!

Two small dogs (under 40lbs) may be allowed WITH a pet fee of $115.00 AND prior approval. No aggressive breeds; no cats.

THE SPACE:
This Beach Cottage is tucked away on the bay side of 30A Santa Rosa Beach near the beach towns of Grayton, Seaside, and Seagrove. The cottage is newly furnished, with open-concept living and dining areas, a beautiful kitchen, three bedrooms, four beds, and plenty of fenced-in outdoor space for kids. Also, the cottage is located just a few blocks from the bay where you can go kayaking, paddleboarding, or catch the sunset after a long day at the beach. We have everything you will need to relax while you are on vacation.

- 2 Minutes – Cessna Landing, a perfect place to launch a boat or kayak in the bay
- 5 Minutes – Ed Walline Beach Access
- 5 Minutes – Gulf Place shops and restaurants at the beach
- 8 Minutes – Grayton Beach, a cute, boho town full of shops and restaurants
- 8 Minutes – Take a hike in Grayton Beach State Park
- 15 Minutes – Seagrove Beach and Seaside Beach
- 10 Minutes - Port Washington Landing boat launch (Boats, Paddleboard, Kayaks)

- Blue Mountain Bakery – Can’t go wrong with the coffee and cinnamon rolls
- Blue Mountain Beach Creamery – The kid’s favorite Ice cream spot!
- Seaside Amphitheater – Outdoor live music, restaurants, bars, shops, beach access

House Rules:

**The booking guest MUST be at least 21 years of age and present throughout the entire stay!**
1. Small dogs 50lbs and under may be allowed WITH a pet fee of $115.00. Please contact us for prior approval. No aggressive breeds; no cats.
2. Please treat the property with care and respect. No parties or events are permitted.
3. Please communicate any property damage or maintenance needs to the property managers immediately. For fire or medical emergencies, first call 911!
4. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. As such, please take care to observe the Walton County quiet hours of 10:00pm to 6:00am.
5. Please ensure grill and fire pit are clean before leaving.

5. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. As such, please take care to observe the Walton County quiet hours of 10:00pm to 6:00am.
6. Please ensure grill and fire pit are clean before leaving.
7. We provide basic “starter” supplies for your convenience. For example, we supply 2 kitchen trash-bags, 2 rolls of tissue paper, one roll of paper towels, and small detergents, soaps and shampoos. If you have a large party or feel that you may need more than the items mentioned above, please prepare adequately for your stay.
8. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any deliveries. If the property does not have a mail box please direct to the nearest Postal Store front.
