After arriving in Rome, and making our way from the train station to the property we reached out to Expedia for assistance as we still had not heard anything back from the property. "nicely renovated hotel in a quiet area of Naples. Very close to shopping, cafes, restaurants and a very short walk to the beachfront. Rooms clean, comfortable and cool. Staff friendly and helpful and all their restaurant tips turned out to be great. We will be so happy to come back and stay for our next time in Naples."
