"This is a very nice property. It is probably more suited for someone staying with pets. It has a gorgeous backyard for pets. However my stay was slightly unpleasant because the neighbor above me had dogs that would bark at any noise they heard and this occurred the entire night and early morning sleeping hours. You can also hear every step from upstairs."

"I cannot recommend this place enough! My two sisters and I stayed here for a little bachelorette trip, and it was perfect. The host, Mindy, is incredibly gracious and so helpful. The villa is clean and spacious, and the view is gorgeous. Sitting on the patio in the mornings was a highlight of our trip. Although the villa is tucked up in the hills, getting into town is convenient, and ordering a Lyft/Uber was always quick and easy. You won’t regret staying here!"

"The place was nice and well-designed. It was smallish, more of a hotel room than a condo or apartment. It was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent and within walking distance of downtown Santa Barbara's attractions. It was pet-friendly and a good neighborhood for dog walks. It could use some minor functional updates. The front door was a little tricky, and the window above the bed was inconvenient to operate. It was fairly quiet."

"The property was clean. However, it was difficult to find the place, The number wasn't clearly visible. I was greeted by this person that I didn't know lived and worked in the property. I wish I knew so that I was expecting someone in close proximity. There wasn't any shampoo. The microwave was outside the property. Parking was very tight, There was an aircooler but no air conditioner. It was vert hot, and it was a tad bit uncomfortable in the room."

The unit was very clean and is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants and retail shops (State Street/Funk Zone, etc). We really enjoyed our stay. "I had a good stay at Chumash Casino Resort. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with comfortable furnishings and an excellent bathroom. The air conditioning worked very well, was easy to adjust, and remained quiet throughout most of the stay. The bed was comfortable, although the bed linens had a fairly strong laundry soap scent, which was a little too noticeable for my personal preference. My room was close to the elevators, but it was quieter than I expected. I could hear my neighbors when they returned from the casino, but once they settled down, I had no trouble sleeping. The casino is the main attraction for many visitors, giving the resort a unique atmosphere. I personally stayed here because it was a convenient base for visiting Solvang on my drive from San Francisco to Los Angeles. Overall, I would consider staying here again if I visit the Solvang area in the future."
