Ultra Chic Townhome with Two Master suites. 1400 sq feet

Ultra Chic and pristine townhome offering the luxury of prime downtown living just minutes from The Funk Zone, City College & East Beach. This gorgeous, spacious unit offers an open floor plan with 2 outside patios, recessed lighting and wood floors throughout. Newer appliances, granite countertops and a lighted breakfast bar completes the desirable open kitchen concept. High ceilings, stylish lighting throughout and oversized sliding door to a private patio make this an entertainer's dream. 2 master suites complete with travertine bathrooms, floor to ceiling mirrored closet doors, ceiling fans and a steam shower. The home boasts state of the art sound with Sonos in every room, the family room contains full Sonos surround sounds on a 70 inch TV. The home is a 7 minute quick walk to downtown Santa Barbara, beaches and shops. Two complimentary bikes and 2 electric scooters (helmets are not included, we highly enourage bringing your own) are available to get you everywhere in town. With our location the car can stay parked while you walk or ride to get everywhere in town from the beach to the Funk Zone to the harbor or downtown it’s all walking distance.

We had a very nice time on our recent stay in Santa Barbara and in this Vrbo townhome. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Josh was very welcoming and responded quickly to our one question (how to work the tv!). We had perfect weather for most of our stay and it was nice to get out of the cold and snow for a few weeks. Love the bamboo on the back patio! Something we definitely don’t have here.

Everything was exactly as shown in pictures with unit being spotlessly clean. I was especially happy with the water filtration system and two areas for parking which is quite a luxury for Santa Barbara. The beds were comfortable with the linens soft. No problems with dealing with Josh as he was quick to answer any questions or concerns.

A Good Value in a Great location

The hosts actually made us feel welcome. We found a nice bottle of wine upon arrival. They too had a good informational introduction manual. There was a good conventional garage and a carport. We could keep the ebikes inside the garage for storage and charging. (Without this, on-street parking is mostly not available.) Getting to the ocean is less than a mile, but took some orientation time before the route became comfortable. This was an excellent base camp for visiting Santa Barbara.

This was our 2cd enjoyable stay. Host’s description is accurate, comfortable and clean, located in a dense residential neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family of 4. It’s located within easy driving or long walk distance of downtown or west beach. Host is responsive and good person to work with.

West Side Town House

This lovely home is well appointed and quiet. Everything we needed was here, or provided to us if we asked. It was Excellent having 2 off street covered parking spaces.The neighbors are friendly. Grounds are kept everything goes smoothly. Easy walking, biking and driving downtown & to beaches and the 101 access.

Super Convenient in Santa Barbara

Loved the location and proximity to the beach as well as other amenities. We also enjoyed the off street parking. The kitchen was very well equipped and the unit was spacious. The Host was always available for any questions.

Ortega Street townhome

Very much enjoyed our stay, everything was as described in VRBO. There is an off-street carport and a garage for parking. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the use of a couple bicycles. It is located in a relatively dense housing area, so no vistas to look out at, but we come to enjoy all that Santa Barbara has to offer. Neighbors were great, which we very much enjoyed compared to a hotel. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet except for a couple barking dogs in another residential building located behind the row of townhouses. It’s located a few blocks from the 101 and railroad, but not a noise problem. There is an Ortega Street pedestrian walkway over the 101/tracks, that takes you to downtown Santa Barbara.

Great place!

This place was in a great part of Santa Barbara. The condo was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. We hired Sofia for cleaning services and she was the best! We highly recommend her. We also highly recommend the condo.

Great Home Away from Home & Host!

My husband, adult son and I stayed in this lovely spacious townhouse (TH) for seven weeks and could not have been more comfortable. The pictures accurately reflect the property which is in a great location. We were able to walk and bike to all the great SB venues, including State Street, the Funk Zone, Sterns Wharf, West Beach, East Beach, Leadbedder Beach and more. The TH is well-maintained, and well-equipped. We readily felt at home; there was sufficient space for each of us to have privacy when working remotely. The rear outdoor patio, while relatively small was the perfect size for family dinners or working outdoors. While we didn’t need to use the front patio, the cabana-style shuttered french doors provided nice sunlight to brighten up the modern kitchen which had more than enough amenities from which to comfortably cook or prepare meals. The open floor plan downstairs was super comfortable and the two mastersuites had comfortable beds and plenty of closet space and drawers; the washer/dryer, a/c and heat, as well as the 2.5 bathrooms provided an extremely comfortable setting for us—we never felt crowded. The onsite parking was also really convenient. The footbridge at the end of the street made walking or biking to so many places fun. Alternatively, walking south towards the pier is also an option to get to the waterfront and lower State Street options. Our host Josh was extremely responsive to questions we had before and during our stay— he truly is a SUPER HOST!

Santa Barbara hidden paradise

Josh was a great host, communication was great and all questions we had during stay were responded to promptly. The townhome felt very much like being home. It was great walking to downtown Santa Barbara, and my daughter loved riding the provided scooters to the beach and downtown. there was a small market in the neighborhood that was convenient also. Would definitely stay again.

Ideal stay in Santa Barbara

This property was exactly what we were looking for when we decided to spend a month in Santa Barbara. The town home was tastefully decorated and comfortable. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen downstairs was very spacious. The bedrooms were large with more than ample closet space and both bathrooms had oversized showers. The location was perfect! Walkable to Downtown and the Funk Zone by using the pedestrian bridge. Highway access was just a few blocks away. We were a 5-10 minute car ride from anyplace we wanted to go in Santa Barbara. Josh and Krissy were great to work with before and during our stay. Quick to respond to any questions we had. There were a couple of light bulbs needing to be replaced when we arrived and they had the bulbs overnighted to us. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this property and these hosts.

Overall just Ok

The Bathroom light downstairs never worked from day one. We were not really there all that much to really care about it. The Plumbing in parking area the entire time was a bummer but oh well. Ac was not really working in the upstairs. Back door handles to the outside patio was by trash fell off as soon as we touched them. The back patio was also covered in leaves and very dirty upon arrival. For the amount spent on a months rent we had higher expectations.

The perfect SB home

This is the perfect place for your stay in Santa Barbara! The location can’t be beat and the house is so cozy! Josh was a wonderful host and was always quick to respond if I had any questions. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Cosy family house perfectly located

The house has a very cosy atmosphere and in a very good and nice condition. Very convieinent with all equipment in very good shape. Superpractical for a family with plenty of room and spacious sofa and big beds. Also very practical with car port and garage! Location is superb, close to everything walking distance, but in a very quite nice neighborhood! Love it! The Terling family

Lovely townhouse

We stayed here for a month, and it was just as it appears in the photos. The neighborhood was very nice, and the neighbors introduced themselves and offered to help if we needed anything. Westside Townhome

This property was just right for our annual trip to Santa Barbara. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The main rooms are just as you see in the pictures. The neighborhood is convenient to walking downtown (there is a pedestrian bridge at the end of the street to help you get over the freeway) and walking to the Funk Zone or Harbor. The patio gives an opportunity to relax outdoors but the nearby homes and apartments are a bit noisy. This isn't a problem if you are out and about during the day exploring beautiful Santa Barbara. Josh was very helpful and communication was easy.

Our stay in Santa Barbra

We had a great stay in Santa Barbara. The house was very modern, clean and spacious. A short walk to downtown and the beaches. The owners communicated quickly and didn’t hesitate to help with suggestions on where to go. They provided a welcome book that was extremely organized, it pretty much had all the information needed. Beds were comfortable and the sheets soft. I will be coming back!

Great Time in SB!

We had a great time at this Santa Barbara townhouse. We had everything we needed and really felt at home here. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen was clean and easy to use. The steam shower was a great added bonus. location was perfect, minutes to downtown and the beach. We will definitely be back!
