"The room was okay. Little disappointed at the need for repairs. A cabinet was off the hinge, the bathroom door was not hung well and stuck when closing. Plates in the cupboard were dirty."

"Last minute trip to Santa Barbara was a success when we found this gem for my party of 8 adults and 2 dogs! The house was immaculate! So thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Each room had a comfortable bed and soft linen! The host was so responsive, when we needed a replacement gas tank for grill, it was replaced in 30 minutes!!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices, so cooking there was easy! The outdoor space was nice for relaxing. 10 minute walk to a dog friendly beach...

"Pros: great location, on-site laundry. owner was responsive except for when we were trying to check in and the key was not where we had been told it would be.Cons: on check in, key was not where it was supposed to be. multiple attempts to contact host were unanswered. We received an answer 2 hours later.The carpet needs to be replaced. Carpeted floors make no sense in a place like this with a climate like this. "I cannot recommend this place enough! My two sisters and I stayed here for a little bachelorette trip, and it was perfect. The host, Mindy, is incredibly gracious and so helpful. The villa is clean and spacious, and the view is gorgeous. Sitting on the patio in the mornings was a highlight of our trip. Although the villa is tucked up in the hills, getting into town is convenient, and ordering a Lyft/Uber was always quick and easy. You won’t regret staying here!"
