"Dawn is such a great host, very good communication and super friendly. The house is located in a VERY good location, close to everything downtown SB has to offer. The house itself is small and old, but has a lot of charm. The house isn't the cleanest on the planet. I had to re-clean dishes upon arrival that were put away dirty, fold laundry left in the dryer, and clean the fridge out that had a very strong smell coming from it. Other than that, no complaints!"

"Such a lovely property with spectacular views of the harbor and ocean from the front of the house and literally across the street from a huge park with steps to the beach. We took our morning coffee down what looks to be a surfer path and sat and watched the waves each morning. SO peaceful. I was a little worried about the proximity to the street but we didn't really notice the sound of cars at all. The house is immaculate and well appointed and it accommodated 8 of us really well. The back yard...

"Great location near Douglas preserve and Hendry’s beach. Beautiful yard. Nice remodeling of the original house with quiet dishwasher washer/dryer away from bedrooms. Neighborhood is quiet and dark at night and nice to see stars. We encountered a couple minor issues and owner was super responsive to fix them and friendly. His sub-unit was reasonably isolated from the main house."
