"Last minute trip to Santa Barbara was a success when we found this gem for my party of 8 adults and 2 dogs! The house was immaculate! So thoughtfully decorated and stocked! Each room had a comfortable bed and soft linen! The host was so responsive, when we needed a replacement gas tank for grill, it was replaced in 30 minutes!!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything including spices, so cooking there was easy! The outdoor space was nice for relaxing. 10 minute walk to a dog friendly beach...

"This house was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. It was a block from a great nature preserve to go on daily walks while gazing off at the ocean or through the trees. Very dog friendly area. It was stocked with everything we needed from the second we walked in. The owner was very kind, helpful and very responsive to a couple little things that happened here and there on our stay and immediately solved any issues. "This was a perfect space for our family. Lots of space to gather both inside and out. We made use of the grill and loved the pool table! We were able to walk to the beach and there are multiple restaurants, grocery stores, CVS within walking distance as well. Neighborhood is good-quiet and safe. Would highly recommend!"

David immediately went to the home, found them, and left them on the porch for my cousin to pick up. His quick attention to what could have been a major inconvenience was very much appreciated."

The Santa Barbara house was ideal for our family including grandkiddos & the amenities were extensively amazing…just about anything you could think of, it was provided. Very comfortable & nicely decorated with a large game room. So close to the beach & the pier is about a 20 minute walk away. We absolutely loved our Santa Barbara family vacation!
